Apply for permission to use VARK copyright materials

VARK Copyright Permission Form

This form is to be completed by anyone who is wanting to use VARK copyright materials (including the VARK questionnaire) with a group of people. This includes:

  • any training agencies or businesses, individual trainers, government or state organizations that plan to use any VARK materials in either paper or electronic format, HR professionals, consultants, or
  • those who plan to use the VARK materials for teacher, student, employee, or trainee development or research.

When using our online questionnaire (https://vark-learn.com/the-vark-questionnaire/), participants will find out their results immediately, but their results are not saved for you to access.
When using a VARK Subscription Site (https://vark-learn.com/product/vark-subscription/), participants will fill in the questionnaire online without seeing the advertising that is included on our public website. They will find out their results immediately, and their results will be automatically stored for you to access.
When using paper copies (https://vark-learn.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/The-VARK-Questionnaire.pdf), participants will use the scoring chart to work out their total scores for V, A, R and K. You will need to collect those to send to us for analysis to find out their learning preferences (e.g. "mild Visual", "VRK"...). There is a fee for this service (https://vark-learn.com/product/vark-result-analysis-for-researchers/).
When using the VARK API, you can integrate an interactive version of the VARK Questionnaire into your own application, so that your participants can use the questionnaire and find out their result without visiting one of our websites. Use of the VARK API requires the purchase of a VARK Subscription.
We DO NOT allow anyone to replicate the VARK Questionnaire electronically, except when using the VARK API.
