This product is an add-on to your VARK Subscription. Our new Full Profile has superseded this older version, but it remains available for those already using it.
With this add-on, when each participant (up to a limit of the number of Profiles you have purchased) completes the questionnaire online within your VARK site, they will receive an Academic Profile as a PDF download.
Their Academic Profile contains helpful advice about their learning preferences, customized for their VARK scores. The Profile, including the VARK Helpsheets, is approximately 10 pages long.
They will find out:
- How common their learning preference is.
- Whether they need to use one or more modalities in their learning, and how flexible they are in swapping between modalities.
- How they can use their preferred modalities in education.
- What advantages and disadvantages there are to their learning preference.
- How to best take notes.
- How to work with other learners.
- How some other learners like them use their VARK learning preferences.
- How to make the most of their learning preference with online learning.
- What VARK indicates, and what it does not.
You can download an example Academic Profile here.
If you have additional participant places remaining after your Profile quota has been used, your participants will continue to be able to access your VARK Subscription site and fill in the questionnaire; they will see their VARK preference on the screen but will not receive a Profile.
Any unused Profile quota will carry over to the next year when you renew your Subscription.
