eBooks and Personal Profiles
Most items for purchase on the VARK website are available for download immediately after you have made payment. This includes PDF books, EPUB books, and PDF profiles (Academic Profiles, Business Profiles, Short Profiles, Teachers Profiles). When you purchase an eBook or Profile, hyperlinks to the items you have purchased will be displayed on screen, and an email containing the download link is automatically sent to you.
If you have problems receiving your VARK Profile or book please contact us. We can arrange to send it in other ways – viz.:
- to another email address (a friend or colleague),
- as a postal item to an address you supply for us (profiles only),
- we can place it on a web page for you to download.
Subscriptions and Subscription Add-ons
Subscriptions and associated add-ons are normally set up automatically as soon as you complete your purchase. If your subscription cannot be set up automatically for some reason (for example, you are doing a renewal and the system cannot determine which subscription is being renewed), allow 2 business days for us to process your order. You will be emailed the details about how to access your subscription as soon as it has been set up.
Should you wish to return an item, please e-mail us (firstname.lastname@example.org), giving a description of the fault with the item. You will be advised on how to return it.
Our policy is not to refund on Profiles merely because they do not meet your expectations or they are “not received”. Instead we will find a way to deliver (see our delivery policy above).
Once your purchase has been submitted and paid for, it cannot normally be cancelled.
